The JUB Pioneer is a 320ft class self-elevating lift boat owned by Singapore-based marine services operator Jub Pacific, used for offshore well intervention, offshore construction, and maintenance support to offshore rigs, platforms and wind farms. Reveille was one of the companies consulted when the vessel developed a fault while docked at the Army Jetty in Lagos.

A team of engineers and technicians travelled from Port Harcourt to inspect the vessel, analyse the problem and submit a quotation. On approval, Reveille mobilised to Lagos and carried out repair work on the steering, steering column and thruster. A section of the steering column that could not be repaired on site at the jetty was transported to the Port Harcourt facility, restored there, and returned to Lagos.

The work took close to two weeks and was completed to the client’s satisfaction, with a certificate of completion and satisfaction issued by Jub Pacific to Reveille.

Panal Parker/PPS Limited is a major supplier of OCTG to almost all International Oil Companies operating in Nigeria, and holds the largest OCTG stock in the country. Reveille is the sole facility responsible for maintaining Panal Parker/PPS’s OCTG components and equipment.

Scope covers threading, fabrication of pup joints in various sizes, make-up of components that have failed in service, and all related OCTG services. Reveille continues to render this service solely and without challenge to date.

BOGEL has relied on Reveille for tubular section maintenance for more than six years, across a growing fleet — Rig 2, Rig 3, Rig 6, Rig 8, Rig 10, Rig 14 and Rig 18. Equipment on all of these rigs is serviced by Reveille, and the relationship is ongoing with no service interruption to date.

Reveille services and maintains equipment on three OES rigs — Integrity, Teamwork and Respect — including the fabrication, manufacture and production of subs, crossovers and BHAs in various types and sizes, built to OES’s own design specifications. This work continues to date.
