The people who
sign off on the work
A small, accountable team — which means you deal with the person responsible, not a call centre. Here is who handles what.

Leads the company and signs the Quality Policy that governs every job leaving the yard. Sets the standard Reveille is measured against — that products and services conform to requirement, meet client needs and are delivered cost-effectively — and holds the business to it.

Runs the shop floor and the yard. Scopes incoming work, assigns the machines and crews, and is the person who mobilised the team to Lagos for the JUB Pioneer repair. If you need to know whether a job is feasible and how quickly, this is the conversation.

Owns quality, health, safety and environment across the facility. Maintains the ISO 9001:2015 management system, oversees dimensional inspection and gauge calibration, and issues the QC reports, torque logs and Material Test Certificates that accompany your delivery.

Handles quotations, invoicing and the commercial paperwork that procurement teams need — purchase orders, vendor registration documents and payment reconciliation — so a job is not held up waiting on finance.

Keeps the crew resourced and the facility running — personnel records, training and competency files, site access and visit coordination. First point of contact for arranging a facility inspection or an audit visit.
