Privacy Notice
How this website handles personal information, written plainly. Last updated 7 September 2026.
This notice covers www.reveilleoil.com only. It is written to the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, which governs how organisations in Nigeria handle personal information.

What this site collects
Only what you type into the quote request form. That is your name, your email address, your telephone number if you provide one, your company name if you provide one, and whatever you write in the message.
Nothing else on this website collects personal information. There is no account to create, no newsletter sign-up, and no form other than the quote request.
What we do with it
The form is sent by email to info@reveilleoil.com so that somebody at the yard can reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and follow up on the work. That is the only purpose.
We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing. It is not added to a mailing list.
Who can see it
Staff at Reveille who deal with enquiries and quotations. The email itself sits with our hosting and email provider, in the same way any business email does.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as there is a live commercial reason to keep them — an open quotation, an ongoing job, or a record required for accounting. Enquiries that come to nothing are deleted when they are no longer useful.
Cookies
This website does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. There is no analytics tag, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker on these pages.
Two things on the site are served by other companies and will follow their own policies if you use them: the map on the Contact page, which comes from Google Maps, and the fonts, which are served by Google Fonts. If we add analytics in future, this notice will be updated and consent will be requested before anything is set.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask us to:
- Tell you what information about you we hold
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it
- Stop using it for a particular purpose
- Provide a copy of it
Write to info@reveilleoil.com with the word Privacy in the subject line. There is no form to complete. We will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied
You may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, the national regulator, at ndpc.gov.ng.
Changes to this notice
If how we handle information changes — most likely because analytics is added — the date at the top of this page changes with it.
